Our online store, www.gerlach.pl , has won the national round of the international Global Innovation Awards competition. This competition, organized since 2000 by the International Housewares Association in Chicago, spans over 40 countries. The association focuses on the housewares industry. The competition is open to both brick-and-mortar stores and online shops, evaluating areas such as mission and strategy, store design, marketing, employee training, and customer service quality.
